What are your delivery fees?
Standard delivery is $9.90 per order. Additional surcharges may apply for specific restricted zones.
What is your delivery schedule?
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Standard deliveries are not operational on weekends.
Do you offer weekend deliveries?
Weekend delivery slots may become available exclusively during peak festive or seasonal periods (announced separately on our website).
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the original delivery fee is non-refundable. You can choose to have your order redelivered for a $20 redelivery fee, or collect your order directly from our store at no extra charge.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your order, please email us at cs@bateel.bluebell.sg and our team will be happy to assist you.
Product Storage & Shelf Life
How should I store Dates?
Store in a cool, dry place at or below 21°C. Enjoy within 3 weeks at room temperature, or extend their exceptional quality for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
How should I store Chocolates?
Store in a cool, dry place between 15°C and 18°C, away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Enjoy within 4 weeks at room temperature. If refrigeration is required, keep tightly sealed to protect against humidity.
How should I store Gourmet Products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Once opened, please refer to the individual product packaging for specific refrigeration guidelines.
Allergens & Ingredients
What allergens are present in your products?
Products may contain one or more of the following allergens: milk, soya, wheat (gluten), barley, oats, egg, sesame, peanuts, mustard, sulphites, and tree nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, pecan, cashew, macadamia, and walnut). Some products may also contain pine kernels (pine nuts).
Are your products suitable for children?
Certain products contain artificial sweeteners (sorbitol) and/or color E129, which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Are your products produced in an allergen-free facility?
No. All products are manufactured, prepared, packed, or stored in facilities that handle the above allergens. Cross-contact may occur.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders, view order history, and save addresses for faster checkout.
How do I reset my account password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen, enter your registered email address, and follow the link sent to your inbox.
Can I customize the date assortment in a gift box?
To request specific date assortments in a gift box, please contact us at cs@bateel.bluebell.sg before placing your order or immediately after. Assortments cannot be modified once dispatched.
Can I add a personalized gift message?
Yes, you can include a complimentary personalized message at checkout.

Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting services?
Yes, we offer customized corporate gift sets and volume orders. Please contact cs@bateel.bluebell.sg for our corporate catalog and quotes.
